Bye Bye Bed Bugs

I called Trevor to help a family member to check for bed bugs in advance of her children and grandchildren arriving the next day. He carefully explained that ridding a bed, or house of the nasty little creatures is not a simple operation. He did say he would come that evening after completing another job for an inspection and then do his best to get some treatment the next day as the kids were coming that night. Here are the results:
«Good news. No bed bugs !
The inspector (Trevor) was just here. He was VERY thorough. Took my whole bed apart, down to the slats. Inspected mattress seams, bedding seams, wooden slat edges, turned the chair upside down. No evidence, which would be tiny feces dots (like pinheads), „skin-​sheddings“ (they shed their skin when outgrown like snakes). Absolutely nothing.
I wanted to show him the guest room but he said „I do not even need to go there.“ They need live hosts to live and could not survive without food source.
He did inspect „my TV chair“ out and around. Nada.
I happily paid the $ 40.00 inspection fee for giving me such good news right before the babies are coming.»

Luckily nothing was found but the tech was professional and was able to arrive the day we called. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again, but hopefully we won’t need to!

I called Bye Bye Bed Bugs in a panick Trevor answered my phone called and told me he would need to do an inspection and go from there. Right away he sent me the information regarding the heat treatment. The next morning at 10:00 am he was at my door and did the inspection. Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable. He could have taken advantage of my situation because I had know idea what I was looking for and I was panicked. It was wonderful having someone so honest come to my home.

Trevor provided excellent customer service… he was responsive, worked with me on scheduling a time that worked for me and did what he said he would do. He did a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend him if you want to inspect for bed bugs!

Trevor is a great guy! I didn’t want my roommate to find out until I was sure I may have had bed bugs. He understood completely and was willing to work with me. Which I really appreciate. I recommend him to anyone. Definitely consider him when u have a bed bug scare!

Very Professional, Honest and Courteous
I had «Bye Bye Bed Bugs» come out and do an inspection for the critters. Trevor is extremely professional, and after a thorough inspection he found no bedbugs. I was prepared to pay the $ 75 inspection fee but he charged me nothing, as in $ 0.00. And what do I know… He could have sold me a few hundred worth of services. No wonder they get great reviews on Unilocal

Trevor is awesome. We thought we might have bed bugs because I had been getting a ton of bites in a short period of time right after returning home from a trip. We cleaned and washed everything and still couldn’t figure it out. Called Trevor and he showed up the same day (after normal working hours even) did a through inspection and showed us where they would normally hide, what to look for, and what they look like. We thankfully didn’t have any signs of bed bugs but Trevor said to give him a call if we are still getting bites and he can recommend someone to bring a trained dog to sniff them out.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt service and the detailed inspection. I hope we never have bed bugs but if we do, I know who to call.

What an awesome team of professionals! We had a scare so I made the call and they were quick, friendly and knowledgable. It is nerve wracking to think you have bed bugs but these guys make you feel comfortable. Also super thorough! I love supporting local businesses, and would highly recommend them!

Trevor is the man! I just moved into a new apartment and found some molted skin from some sort of bug and was concerned that it was a bed bug. I called Trevor and he already had appointments scheduled and was unable to make it out to my place today but he told me to text him a few pictures and he would give me his professional opinion. I sent him a few pictures and he responded immediately and fortunately I do not have bed bugs. Trevor is an honest professional and would absolutely get my business if I ever get bed bugs. Okay hands down the best customer service. Not only is Trevor on time and quick to make an appointment, he is honest. You don’t get that too much nowadays. He came in and «tore» (not really, but pulled apart to get a great inspection) my bed apart to check for bed bugs. Luckily none were found. He checked my sofas as well and also showed me how I can check on my own. He was also nice enough to inform me of how to check when I travel for work; which is quite a bit. I paid a minimal amount for his time, MUCH less than the other companies charge. He his informative, friendly, honest, on time and knows what he is doing. If you even question whether you may have bed bugs, call him. You will not regret it and you will sleep better at night knowing you took care of your problem.

So I have to say Trevor is awesome to work with, he does such a good job on all my heat treatments for bedbugs. I use Trevor as a subcontractor for the company I work for in all my heat treatments jobs, been using him for two years and I never get a complaint or a call back when he does the work for me. Heat treatment & Chemical is the way to go to get rid of bedbugs.

These guys are truly amazing. Worried sick that we might have bedbugs, I called Trever after doing much research on who the best bedbug company to deal with would be. He came out right away and was really professional and extremely nice. He reassured me that we did not have any bedbugs (thank god) and reassured me that they would of taken care of the issue even if we did. He went through the entire process of what would have to be done in the case that we ever did get them. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

We got a second opinion today from Bye Bye Bed Bugs after another company told us we had bed bugs and were going spend a few thousand dollars, a lot of work and stress to eradicate them! We are celebrating that we dont have bed bugs!, Hooray!. But its over! I got bitten by bugs for sure but it must have happened from the trip we took cause they are starting to go away finally after a week at home! Hooray!

I don’t even know where to begin with these guys! The moment I realized I had bed bugs my skin climbed off of my body with such disgust! I didn’t know what to do or who to go to! I called around and I even had to pay other companies to come out and give me quotes for $ 3,000, $ 1,500, $ 1,300 for heat treatment! Most companies, like Orkin, told me it was going to be $ 1,500 to use poison to kill these critters, but they failed to mention that these bugs needed to cross the path of the poison in order for them to be killed! Not to mention most bed bugs are immune to most poisons! Using poison would only force the bed bugs into hard to reach places, therefore making it harder to get ride of them!
My boss knew of «Bye Bye Bed Bugs» through a close friend of his, and they came highly commended. Once I came into contact with Trevor, I must have spent over 15 minutes on the phone with him asking him a million questions. He literally put all my concerns at ease by validating the situation I was in and going into detail about the elaborate steps we needed to take together to resolve my infestation.
I was extremely concerned that Bye Bye Bed Bugs wouldn’t be able to get started on my house on such short notice, but Trevor and Karissa were able to work around my busy work schedule. They showed up the next day! They truly went above and beyond every pest control company I’ve ever encountered.
