Brows N More

Completely ruined my eyebrows. I specifically said I just wanted them cleaned up and wanted them left thick. She made them so thin and uneven. She also managed to pull out a few eyelashes.

Went to the mall to get my brows done, I was going to go to the kiosk on the first floor but the young lady, was on «break» as she rudely told me. Ended up at Brows N More, the lady was quick, barely felt any sting and did a wonderful job!!! I will definitely return!!!

I love this place! I used to tweeze my eyebrows before coming here but I’m glad that I get my eyebrows done here instead. Finding this eyebrow place was the best thing that I ever did. I love my eyebrows they are amazing. The lady that does them always leave them looking good I don’t know what I would do without her. My eyebrows have not looked any better than they do now. My first time going there I was nervous because I didn’t know how it was going to go and scared because I didn’t know if they were going to mess up my eyebrows. Yes it did hurt at first but after going there a couple times now I’m used to it and love going there to get my eyebrows done. Difinately recommend this place.

I see they’ve changed their name, interesting. So I’ve only been there twice, but I think that was enough to last a lifetime. First time was a few years back, when they had a few people working. Second time was just a few months back, which I remember well. When I went in, there were two women. Turns out it was the worker talking to her «auntie,» as she addressed her. So I stood there awkwardly, ignored for a couple of minutes as they finished chatting. That was nice. I finally get situated in a chair, annnd the lady rushes through (there was another chick who came in right after I did and I guess the lady was anxious to get to her I guess?). Well the lady I got threaded my eyebrows extremely thin, very unsuitable for my face.
Now as soon as she’s done threading she trims what few hairs I have left, and just leave the fallen hairs on my face. She dashes straight to the counter, where I’m expected to pay. Now, I’m kinda just left there with prickly hairs everywhere, trying to get them out of my eyes cuz I can’t really see, while the lady stands impatiently & stares at me expectantly. I don’t know why I apologised for the slight hold up as I performed something she was supposed to do as the servicer. I then apologised as I clicked «no» on the screen asking whether I wanted to leave a tip. Now I realise it really isn’t something I need to be sorry for.
Maybe if she rushed less and attended more to each individual. But at least for me, this was not the case, so this is just my two cents. Other customers, beware, and don’t feel obligated to tip if you’re not treated well.

Horrible customer service. I walk in with no greeting almost like the lady was ignoring me until I asked to be helped. She then sits me down and attempts to start without any question as to what I wanted done. She was very rough with no time between pulls even though I was clearly tearing up, as I have bushy eyebrows. She took off much more than I asked with no regard for my input. Then as she is ringing me up I can tell she is making fun of me to her coworker in another language as they both begin to snicker. Veeeery rude terrible experience! Do not give these people your business!

Two reviews for this place. Which is hard for me to get a feel for how it was going to be. So I just decided to give it a go. This lady was rude. No one has ever had to move my hands or my head. And she literally took like 2 minutes. Missed hairs. The result was alright but not the best. Avoid if you can.

when in here because I needed my eyebrows done.
The old dark Indian lady did my eyebrows she was very rude touching all over my face but in a rude way. I told her I wanted a high arch and she was like «I do what shape you already have» like seriously .? She is very harsh i have gotten my eyebrows done for 3 years already using thread and it hurted so bad she’s very hard the thread was very shrap she cut my eyelid because she said I let it go. At the end she messed up my eyebrows she left them very thin and took way to much out of one eyebrow then when it was time to pay she said ten dollars and was how much tip for me like no thank you you cut my eyelid fucked up my eyebrows and want a tip well she got mad I don’t even think they gave me my receipt

This store is a nice and clean place to get your eyebrow and facial threading done. The store is located on the 2^nd floor of the Plaza Camino Real Mall. This store used to be called «The Brow Shaping Salon» only the name has been changed to «Brows n More» now, it is still the same store providing the same services as before.
I am the regular customer of Toran, the BEST employee that works there and knows her job more than others. I have always had a great experience with Toran as she does a fantastic job not only cleaning but shaping my eyebrows the way I want, too. She is a sweet lady with a great customer service who does a beautiful job! I only trust Toran with my eyebrows and I know my eyebrows are in a good hand, she never has a unhappy customer as she tries her best to make her customers happy as they always come first! It is amazing how much she cares about her customers and doesn’t want to rush through it for only the money like the other Employees do, Toran makes sure you are happy before you leave the store, unlike the other employees who only want your money and care no less if you are satisfied or not!
The wait isn’t too long– maybe if it’s very busy, you would have to wait for less than 10 min– but I would suggest you to see Toran, even is she is busy, it’s worth the wait, I promise you will be extremely happy as if she used some sort of magic on your eyebrows, she has been doing this for over 20 years now! You could also call ahead of time and schedule your app. with her just to be sure she works that day and has availability. However walk-​ins are always welcome, and you could always ask to see Toran if you choose to go with her.
Give this place a try! I’m glad I found this place for my facial needs, especially my eyebrow which has a beautiful shape to it now-​much better than waxing, plucking, etc.
