Brinks’ Leak Detection

I would like to rate with 2 ½ stars because it’s not a 3 but not a 2 either. So I am going to err on the generous side. These folks were highly recommended by two friends. The technician that came out seemed to be very knowledgable. He said I needed a new pressure regulator as mine was very high. I asked if they provided this service and he said they did. I asked how much it would cost and was told around $ 700 – 800. I asked to have him contact me so that I could set up a time to have the work done. He agreed. That was several days ago. I never heard back. I called Black Mountain Plumbing. They came two days later and installed a new one for $ 380. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up and the ridiculously high price I was quoted.
