My passion since 1989 has been mortgage lending and I have always believed in doing the right thing for my customers which has been a key to my success and longevity. I truly enjoy educating and giving my clients the best service and loan products available to achieve their dreams of home ownership or financial freedom. As you can imagine over a lengthy career, I have worked for many different top lenders. I love One Trust because they didn’t just give themselves a motto «Service is Everything.» They built (and continually change) the entire company so that it is virtually impossible for a borrower to be kept out of the loop. Anyone for that matter. If they are working on your file whether it be underwriting, processing, title conmpany’s, escrow, appraisers… Everybopdy knows exactly whats going on with your file, what we need and who we’re waiting on. No more passing the buck!!!

I grew up in Ventura County and graduated from San Diego State University. I have lived in Carlsbad for 18 years with my wife, my two teenage boys, a yellow Lab and a black cat. I spend time as a volunteer soccer coach and am actively involved in PTA and the community.
