Moving from Anchorage, Alaska to Carlsbad is no easy process. When it came time to finding a home, we were floundering around like a fish out of water (in Alaska, we call that a Cheechako!). We met Skip and Cyndi when we were driving around San Diego County looking at open houses. Skip and Cyndi were hosting an open house in Bressi Ranch and we happened upon them. What a blessing! Although the house they were showing was not the right fit for us, Skip followed up with us that day and had other home options sent us by 9:00pm that night.

Skip is fantastic! A while back while looking at listings of new and resale homes we were introduced to Skip via his website advertising listings in Bressi Ranch. We were in the process of planning a move from Canada and hadn’t decided whether to purchase a resale home, a new home or a building lot.
