This by far has been the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. See the other review about this business not showing for appointments because that is very accurate.
My first appointment she (Massy) was a no show. She blamed it on her daughter for making a mistake with the booking-​okay accidents happen. I bought a Groupon for this place I needed to use it so made another appointment.
At my second attempt my appointment I attempt to open the door and it’s locked. I think are you kidding me? I put a little bit of more muscle behind my knocking and surprise she hears me and she opens the door. Unbelievably again she forgot about my appointment, she’s already in there with a customer. Are you kidding me? She asked me if I can come back in about an half an hour and she’ll do my facial then. I’ve already paid for this facial I need to get this over with. I agreed.
I come back in ½ hour as she requested and she does not get me on the facial table for another hour! Then when she does she doesn’t remove the sheet from the previous lady before me. The sheet has visible hair on it. Absolutely disgusting. I had to ask the lady doing my facial to change the sheet. It only makes me wonder how dirty the instruments of her facial equipment are?
Onto the facial… have you ever felt like your face was being slapped, punched from the left then the right? If you enjoy that type of treatment this is the place for you. Her facials are extremely rough.
Then so much mask is poured onto your face it gets in your ears and in your hair so make sure you’re not going anywhere after this appointment. You have to pick it out of your hair– green goupy stuff.
To top it off she wants to take a picture of your face. To compare your treatments –like I’m going to be a continuing customer? She said it was in the waiver for the facial. She needs to reread her waiver and see that is not in there.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. If you go you are extremely warned.

One visit with owner Massy and you’ll see your skin looking better right away.
I sometimes wear make up. I don’t always use sunscreen. I have combination skin — once in a while, it’s time for a facial. Honestly I rarely indulge in facials these days since I find that the experiences rarely live up to my expectations… but not this time — Bella Rosa Skin is all the way amazing!
Massy is a five star aesthetician with a passion for simple, effective skincare. She herself has beautiful skin (something I always pay attention to), which attests to her skills alone. She works with a gentle hand, making her facials a truly indulgent experience.
I enjoy Massy’s combo of peaceful facial /​product explanation. Though BRS has a simple interior, you can’t help but notice the tranquil touches of eucalyptus, lavender, and fresh rose mist in the air. Massy’s technique is also very relaxing, and I found myself almost drifting off at one point! In addition, I appreciate that Massy goes into detail about products and skincare regimen. Sometimes an aesthetician will go through the motions without giving any feedback on improving your skin at home — but not Massy! She leaves you with a detailed skin analysis and product suggestions too.
Massy’s passion for skincare is clear — she is here to help you have the most radiant skin in the most natural way possible. I totally recommend BRS and look forward to my next visit!

Do not book a facial through this business. The owner is completely unprofessional and seems to always be late. I’ve tried to reschedule my appointment twice because of the owner double booking and being extremely late.
I scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning at 10:30am. The owner is completely scatter brained and booked another facial at the same time as mine and unfortunately there is only one person that does the facials. Please keep in mind that this «business» is supposed to open at 10am… The owner and her daughter were about 20 minutes LATE.
I ended up having to reschedule my appointment for the following Monday at 930am. Keeping in mind that this place is supposed to open at 10am… I did not think 930am would be a problem since I received a professional email confirmation about my appointment time.
Wow, I sure was wrong. It’s now 10am on the Monday that I had my appointment for 9:30 and the owner STILL is not here.
I will not be coming back here and suggest you do not come here either.

My face was glowing after my facial. Massy is kind, professional & knowledgeable. I have faith that Massy’s expertise will help me achieve a healthy complexion in no time. Anyone looking for a wonderful skin care specialist look no further.

I’ve now been in to see Massy at Bella Rosa Skin Care twice and I can’t say enough about how great her service is. She’s so sweet and takes the time to explain everything with you. She makes you feel like you’re her most important client, and she never rushes through anything. As for my skin, I’m amazed at how great it’s looking and feeling! I’ve enjoyed her European Deep Pore Cleaning Facial and just finished with my first Chemical Peel a couple weeks ago. I was a little concerned with «down time» after my peel… but there wasn’t any! After a long time of not taking care of my skin as a should, I’m so thankful for Massy helping me get back to having great skin.

Massy at Bella Rosa Skin is incredible! I have been there 5 times now and I will never go anywhere else for facials or brows! I have been in the makeup & skin care industry for 12 years & now I can finally say after so many years I have finally found MY esthetitian/​specialist! Massy thoroughly goes through all of my skincare needs & then explains the right treatments I will get to have the skin I have always wanted and how to maintain it! My face has never felt or looked so good!
On top of all that I’m treated like royalty without the royalty prices! Thank you soo much for everything Massy!
