With more than 26 years practical experience in the senior citizen care industry, Erica has a heart for senior citizens along with a passion for working together with them. She has worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in residential situations furnishing both licensed nursing and palliative care, also in a senior care facility setting employed in extended care communities on the Skilled Nursing level in addition to management of Assisted Living senior care environments. Observing a need for increased assistance for senior citizens in their households, whether out in the local San Diego community or perhaps residing in senior care residences, Erica established A Hand To Hold. It has been Erica’s desire to establish a support system not simply for seniors, but additionally for their concerned and frequently overwhelmed family members.
