History

Established in 1989.

The original company, Freehold Enterprises, was started as a college dream in 1984 as a student at Millersville University. For the next 5 years, a few properties were purchased as «life» was being analyzed. In 1989 Sterling was started and has grown to include more than 2000 units in South Central PA, including residential and commercial rentals, management of condominium and home owners associations and a full scale maintenance staff. We are proud of the team that has been built and see strong growth in all aspects of the business for the next 25 years.

In 1984, I purchased my first rental property as an undergraduate student at Millersville University. I became a Pennsylvania licensed sales associate in 1986 and a Pennsylvania licensed broker in 1989. I started Sterling Property Management Inc. 1989 and have continued to purchase properties and to manage for others in the local area. The business has grown drastically over the past three years and continues today.
