We specialize in customized lawn ornaments in the shape and decoration of military service members and civilian first responders. They make a one-​of-​a-​kind gift for the service member or first responder in your life. They are perfect gifts for promotions, retirements, memorials, and spouses and parents of service members or first responders. You choose the skin tone, hair color, particular uniform with rank and insignia to represent your service member. Each figurine comes with an 8-​inch by 12-​inch U.S. flag and we also sell service and POW/​MIA flags to further customize your purchase. We’ll work with you to make sure that your Cliffy’s Creation is just the way you desire it.

History

Established in 2013.

Cliffy grew up in an artistic and woodworking family. His father was an industrial arts teacher and carpenter and mother a beautician. Cliffy has been working with wood since he was a child and he always liked creating things.

He joined the U.S. Navy 24 years ago. Cliffy served as a naval aviator flying the FA-​18 Hornet off of aircraft carriers. He received the callsign of Cliffy from his first squadron VFA-​94 Mighty Shrikes. Due to his moves and deployments he didn’t have access to his woodworking tools for many years. After returning from over seven years of overseas duty he finally got his tools out of storage and began rekindling the woodworking flame.

He produced his first «Yard Commander» as a retirement gift for a friend. The response to this gift from family and friends was outstanding. This friend subsequently ordered an Army yard man, for a gift, and that’s how Cliffy’s Creations got started producing patriotic yard men and women for sale.
