Charged $ 232 to remove a stuck bolt (a 45 min job for a competent mechanic).
One of the owners was downright rude to my wife on the phone when she politely asked how it was going.
They seem to rely on folks who can be bamboozled into paying whatever they put on the bill.
Recommend avoiding them!

Picked up my car from Carlisle Auto Body earlier this week and I have to say that I am very satisfied with their work. They did a fantastic job with the repairs to the drivers side of my car and the front office was courteous and prompt in answering my questions. A supplier was late in delivering the last part for my repair, but they did everything they could to get my car back to me ASAP. Hopefully I won’t need body work on a car in the future, but if I do I’ll be going back to Carlisle Auto Body.
