Not a craft store, but more supplies for serious artists. Excellent service, with available, knowledgeable staff. Not sad anymore that Pearl closed — I come to Utrecht now. If you –do– need crafts, A.C. Moore is next door in the next shopping mall.

Petite store tucked away in a strip mall. On the right side heading north from old country road. On the left side heading south from Jericho Tpke or the Northern State. I still miss Pearl Paint. Long Island doesn’t have many art stores anymore. But those it does I still prefer to stores in Queens. Do artists have the better sense to head elsewhere? Or are the economics of Long Island guido-ism prohibitive? Paint on the leftmost aisles. Brushes to the right of paint. Canvas towards the back an aisle or two over from paint. Modest selection. SUPERATTENTIVE staff. I must have been asked if I wanted help at least three times. If you’re clueless about what you’re looking for or need help, I would definitely say this is the place to be! Probably excellent for students. If you’re more of an introvert like me, who prefers the cavernous spaces of megastores that limit social interaction by virtue of being able to hide in aisles while contemplating your purchases –you may find wandering in here a little difficult. But they *did* have everything I was looking for! So, thank you Utrecht! :D

Large selection of products and a highly knowledgeable staff! They helped make my stressful semester a little less stressful!
