History

Established in 2008.

Mr. Romero’s experience began with 15 years of drug development research as a Scientist working at both large pharmaceutical companies as well as small biotechnology firms.

In 2007, he joined the international law firm of DLA Piper, LLP as a Patent Associate and later joined McDermott, Will and Emery, another international general practice firm as a Patent Associate.

In late 2008, Mr. Romero established the Law Office of David L. Romero to cater to small businesses and solo inventors. Since then he has undertaken a variety of legal matters ranging from patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, to trademark and patent infringement matters.

The Law Office of David L. Romero has obtained patent and trademark protection for its clients in all manner of technologies ranging from geothermal technology, software and mobile device patents, battery technology, components of the defense industry as well as numerous other areas of high tech and medical device companies.
