Hair On Call is owned and operated by Mark Minato who has 27 years experience working in Beverly Hills. After working in the salon and making house calls in the Los Angeles area, Mark is now bringing a bit of Beverly Hills to the San Diego area.

He specializes in haircuts both classic and cutting edge; single process hair color; natural or bold highlights for men and woman. Mark’s philosophy is to give the client a style that reflects their individuality along with taking the time to show them how to reproduce their look themselves.

Hair On Call was established to meet the needs of those clients who preferred the luxury of having their hair styled in the privacy of their own home.

I became a hairdresser 27 years ago because I was so sensitive and particular about my hair. I have never forgotten what it was like to be a client. My goal is to have the client not only look sexy but to have them be able to duplicate their hair on a daily basis. Great looking hair inspires self confidence and the feeling of being on top of the world.
