Zero stars!!! I had a death and the family and paid to have my chihuahua kenneled here. When I picked him up he was very sick and needed to go to the vet. In short this place GAVE MY DOG KENNEL COUGH!!! I refuse to take my business here ever again

I (and my dog) love this place! My dog has more energy than most so he needs time to run and play. They allow him to play outside unless it is too hot or too cold (when they bring them into the indoor area). There is always someone out with the dogs, and they are never left along. Daycare is great and boarding is just as good. I don’t trust any other kennel with my dog. The only downfall us that they open for drop-​off at 8am and pick-​up is before 5pm.

One thing bad about them is that you can’t get your pet back after 5 pm. If you happen to get back from airport and it’s 6 pm? Too bad. You’ll get charged for another day and pick pet up next day. And they live next door. It’s not like they’re going out of their way. In a small community, word of mouth can kill a business.

New to area, stopped in and asked about grooming. I was told no appts until May as the groomed is booked because she only works weekends. Needless to say, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
