I’ve been a patient at New Horizons for many years. Terry Twanhafel is my care provider and she is a treasure. She is professional, kind and extremely perceptive. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff is rude and do not understand the concept of «sense of urgency. It took me almost a month to find out that none of the doctors at the practice would accept me as a new patient even though they all claim to be accepting new patients according to my insurance and other websites. Even if I did get accepted by one of the doctors, I wouldn’t want to have to deal with the rude staff. Good luck if you plan on using this facility and have mediocre insurance.
