After doing my research I came across a brewery in Carbondale that was open for tastings on Saturday night. What I did not know was that this tasting room had only been open for only two weeks during my visit.
From the moment I entered this large, open, tasting room, I was made to feel like family. I sat at a table because the bar was full. The people who I met and served me food and beer were friendly, inviting and extremely knowledgeable about the beer. And man the beer was awesome!
I tried all of their beer samples with my favorite being the Chewhoppa IPA. I also loved the Carbond’Alien Pale Ale.
For food I had the cheese platter and then had a delicious Ruben for dinner.
The vibe in this place was very comfortable and full of energy. I highly recommend this place for craft beer lovers as well as anyone looking for a comfortable place to hand out on a weekend.
