Toys R Us

This has got to be my least favorite company in the whole entire world.
I had purchased something the night before but realized that it wouldn’t fit in my apartment so the next day I went to return it and they refused to refund me on my credit card and instead gave me store credit. Why would I want store credit?! Since I HAD to use the store credit my bf and I cruised the isles for something we would want and saw a sign that said «50% off another Wii Game when you buy _​_​_​_​, _​_​_​_​, _​_​_​_​_​or _​_​_​_​_​» since I wanted one of the games my boyfriend decided we should go for the deal. As we’re leaving check out I notice we didn’t get the 50% off so the clerk takes me to Costumer Service and then starts to tell us that we didn’t get 50% off because the other game was supposed to be the same price. NO WHERE ON THE SIGN DID IT SAY THIS. It was total bullshit. So Toys R Us managed to fuck me over twice in one day. AWESOME. Thanks a lot. I still have $ 50 left on the stupid card. Once I spend that, I am never entering this store or any other Toys R Us again. Target and Best Buy have way better return policies. I will be sticking to those. Plus, they are much cheaper.
