Santa Cruz Cryotherapy

I would totally recommend cryo. Someone told me it was good for cellulite. I signed up for 4 days a week for 1 mo. I took before and after photos of myself and it and I really see a different. Also my lower back and shoulder feel great after being sore for about a year. I plan to continue cryo.

So I had my 2^nd session today. It was fantastic! I came back in because my first session was so powerful in relieving me of pain. But not only that, I just feel mentally clearer and uplifted. At first I thought I don’t feel anything. Think about it when was the last time You felt no pain. Well that is what I mean by I didn’t feel anything it is the lack of pain. It’s like a burden has been lifted from me. I notice that my body wants to move the way I am used to moving with pain. You know how you adjust your movements to not feel the pain. Well my body still wanted to move as if the pain was there but the pain is gone and I began moving freely. It is really a freeing feeling. It was like I was missing something and I am IT“S THE PAIN. So I know I have gone on and on now but I just feel great and want to share that. I hope you will try it and see what it can do for you. Oh and the fear of COLD, not to worry it’s only 3 minutes and it’s OK really it is. I will be going weekly, it’s like a body and mind restart. Just do it. You will understand it all by doing. Amazing! I’m the one that can’t stand the cold. I have to run in place in the cryo chamber but it will leave you feeling AMAZING! I’ve had knee and shoulder problems (nanny) for the past few years. Ever since I’ve been going to cryo once every week or every other week those problems have gone away. I’m def hooked and will be going for life. You even Sleep better at night If you don’t like the cold give it a try. I did not I can’t stop. I promise you it will be worth it. Scott and Corey make you feel comfortable and answer. any questions you have. If I could afford to go three times a week I woould. Get in there and give it a try.

We are so lucky to have Santa Cruz Cryotherapy in our backyard! The muscle fatigue and minor aches and pains from workouts are ameliorated in three minutes! Although my biggest surprise was the stress and tightness in my neck and shoulders that I carried non-​stop from my many years as a court reporter that was gone! Sometimes you live with something so long you don’t even realize it. Is it cold? You bet! Corey and Scott will stay with you and walk you through your session, answering any and all questions along the way. I am so thankful to both of them and will use cryotherapy to be at my best! It’s even become a family event, as my two daughters and I go all the time. Even my two-​year-​old granddaughter gets in on it by touching our legs when we come out and saying burrrr! I can’t say enough about this amazing place. As a local business owner myself I have been beyond impressed with Scott and Corey’s kindness and generosity. Both of these sweet gentlemen are such a gift to this community. I have experienced many cryo sessions now and can testify to the powerful healing benefits. I push myself hard as an athlete and have experienced unbelievable results from my sessions. My skin tone is much improved and my mood has been lifted I recover super fast from grueling workouts and sleep like a baby! As a single mom I can say that these treatments are worth every penny in fact it’s priceless! Just do it. Go try for yourself…

Love it! Did a really hard workout and was sure I was going to be hurtin afterwards… but felt amazing after my visit to Santa Cruz Cryotherapy! No soreness and felt perky enough for a long run the next day! Can’t wait for my next session, thanks guys :)

I went in for my first Cryotherapy session today. ever, not really knowing what to expect. It was cold yes, but invigorating at the same time. When I got out I felt refreshed and hungry, like I had just finished working out. About 3 hours later I realized that the pain in my elbow that plagued me from a recent injury was completely gone. I’m hooked. Also, My metabolism seems to be charging and from what Tony Robbins says, it’s the fountain of youth :)

We went to the Grand Opening today just to check it out. I really didn’t know much about the services they offer but am glad I went in.
Great friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Their enthusiasm for what they do is contagious!
So after talking with them and some of their clients as well as reading up on Cryotherapy I decided to give it a try.

As a Crossfit devote stuff occasionally hurts (ok something or other pretty much hurts all the time) so I was looking forward to Santa Cruz’s first cyrotherapy facility. Had the opportunity to try out Santa Cruz Cryotherapy today. Great experience. I was a little concerned about liquid nitrogen in close proximity to my body, but a welcoming and knowledgeable staff made the experience enjoyable. The cryosauna has three settings (from what I understand) and I tried level 1 (least cold of the three levels). Basically felt like walking outside on a cold day. Not uncomfortable, not painful at all and done in 2 – 3 minutes! I will be back and highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out cryotherapy.
