Staff is extremely unknowledgeable, very disappointed. Would not recommend what so ever

I couldn’t be more disappointed and feel more deceived about the service I got. I took my 15-​year-​old son and to have his ears pierced as a reward for making the honor roll and was encouraged to buy the warranty to protect against loss or damage.
That couldn’t be further from the truth. The earring back that they used in the piercing kept popping off so by day three we were going to take him back and ask for an earring back that worked. As he was running to the car his earring popped out and we couldn’t find it.
Clearly this is a faulty product and it should’ve been replaced under the warranty. I was told no. I got very upset, not angry but I told her I was very upset and was not offered any way to rebut the issue. I had to push and ask for how to go up the chain and complain after spending nearly $ 70 to lose an earring three days later because of a faulty back. She just told me to go online and write an email. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this company again. Not only was it the worst customer service, I am one of many many people who have been scammed by the warranty. Very disappointed. On a final note, my son has asked burgers syndrome and this was a very emotional issue for him. He was freaking out worried that his hole would close. This created an entirely new issue for me just as a parent. Thanks for nothing piercing pagoda you’ve lost my business for good.

Went over there today to see about ring guards having no clue about them and the sales girl was suuuuuuper friendly and helpful. They didnt have the exact one I wanted but she even let me try one on with my own ring to see if id like them at all. She also gave me a few ideas of other places to look.
Really enjoyed her knowledge and If i cant find it in silver i will just have to man up and buy a gold one from her. Not to mention they’re only 10 $! (even the gold!) Kays wanted to charge 20 for a silver!!!
Plus not to mention their ear piercing, a number of my friends and myself have gotten our first pericings as a young kid here :)
