I have extensive experience in VA, FHA, USDA & Conventional financing. My company has over 28 Investors so I have many loan options that other lenders simply do not offer so my rates and fee’s are always very competitive but above that my service is un-​paralleled as I treat each client as if they were a family member. My goal is to make a client for life, not just on one transaction, and because of this I get 90% of my new business from past client referrals.

I take great care in analyzing each individuals personal wants and needs to make sure I am getting them the absolute best loan for them and their family.

History

Established in 2003.

Born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA I decided to make a location change and I moved to Seattle, WA in 2003. I started in the Mortgage industry in April of 2003 at a locally owned and operated mortgage broker’s office in Maple Valley, WA working as an assistant to a top producing loan officer. Working with someone of his expertise really taught me the necessary skills to become a good loan officer myself while juggling numerous tasks for every client’s file to make sure nothing was left undone, all the while keeping client’s happy and making sure every loan closed on time. I soon began originating loans myself and very quickly established a client and referral base of my own. In 2011 I moved back to Santa Cruz for the birth of my first son, Kolby. I took a year and a half off to raise my son and then got right back into the mortgage business originating loans and starting to re-​build my client base and make new realtor and community relationships. I love what I do, it is my passion!
