Farmers Insurance – Jerry Seagreaves

Coming up on 10 years of doing business with Jerry Seagreaves, Farmers insurance agent. Over the years we’ve had a couple of claims and Jerry was always there to help things get expedited. Jerry is very friendly and down to earth, and he knows how to present the best policies that work best for your situation, which is very important when we are all busy with work and life. As a professional woman and business owner I feel respected and relaxed doing business with Jerry. Jerry is a true accountable, and professional business person. Two thumbs up for Jerry Seagreaves Farmers Agency!

I should have made this move a long time ago. I am a business owner since 2004 and my family has been Farmers Insurance faithful customers since the 1970’s. I have had a number of difficulties over the last few years with the corporate and a few agents (one was not responsive or proactive and another quit his agency without notifying clients.) I called their office today (after discovering my agent had left upon requesting additional coverage proof) they 1.) answered the phone! and promptly! 2.) listened to my concerns and expressed a desire to help 3.) went above and beyond the call of duty to get what I needed and 4.) they were LIGHTING FAST!!! I have sent my request to transfer to Seagreaves agency and even though I am not yet their client– they went out of their way to fulfill a request and did so with a time sensitive urgency!!! They are restoring my faith in Farmers already!!! I am looking forward to a beautiful relationship!

Chris Armstrong, the Office Manager, gets 5 stars from me. He is very responsive, answers questions thoroughly, and really understands the insurance business. I haven’t worked with Jerry much yet, but I have liked my interactions so far. The reason for 4 stars overall, rather than 5, is I get my Farmers Insurance through this office, and Farmer’s web experience is terrible. I stay with them because Chris is so excellent in his customer support.

Jerry is not only a pleasure to deal with but his knowledge and energy for what he does really impressed me. I’ll recommend Seagreaves Insurance any day.

Jerry really spent the time to make sure that he presented all of the options when we reviewed my policy. I’ve been burned by agents in the past, and was approaching this process with some skepticism. In the end, he ended up writing my renter’s, cars and life – and it still cost slightly less than before because of a package rate.
I appreciate his attention to detail, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
