Capitola BeachFront Getaway

The bf and I found this rental on Craigslist for a beach getaway for the 4^th of July Holiday. It caught our eye because it was darn cheap for a holiday weekend, there was no additional cleaning fee, free parking, and best of all – it is literally 20 steps away from the beach!
The property manager, Caryn, was quick and efficient with communications and set us up quite well when we checked in.
The only downer was that the Craigslist description boasted a 1 bedroom but when we got there it turned out to be a large studio. But one look outside the window to the ocean and we forgot about being duped. :o) The unit is completely furnished with linens and is newly remodeled. The kitchen is functional but if you plan on doing some major cooking (like we were), bring everything!
If you’re looking for an affordable little getaway, try giving this place a roll. There was nothing better than waking up to the sounds of the ocean and then walking across the street to the beach. We will DEFINITELY be renting this place out again!
