They’re always out of at least 1 thing, so someone really needs to learn how to do the inventory. The food has always been good and I never had issues with small servings, but it drives me crazy that they’re always out of things(repeatedly). Everything also takes forever and I’m not sure why. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants that serve fried chicken and they probably take a quarter as long to get your food to you. The location is much more bothersome than their inability to correctly do the weekly inventory/speed. It’s located in a shopping center that is a complete mad house. If you go to the corner of the shopping center where the liquor store is, you’ll see men day drinking and then throwing their trash into the street which is real classy. You can also forget about driving etiquette or rules because the moment people turn into this shopping center, they seem to turn into giant jerks. You don’t know what road rage really is until you’ve entered this shopping center. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location all together. I live about a mile away and I avoid the entire shopping center at all costs. It can’t be demolished soon enough. Update: the Safeway in this shopping center is closing, so there is hope for improvement!

This place sells the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever gotten from a Popeye’s restaurant. And after eating here last night, I felt sick for the rest of the evening. No thanks. I won’t be back.

Tonight, I decided to stop by Popeyes on my way home. There was a long line in the drive-thru, yet it moved rather quickly. So I ordered a 2 piece spicy dinner white meat. So at first, I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait for spicy chicken. I was asked if that was ok, to which I said yes.(However, it really was not ok, I just really wanted some spicy chicken. Mild chicken gets on my nerves.) Then, I was told subsequently thereafter that there was no more spicy chicken that would be served this evening. This confused me. I decided to get mild chicken because I was hungry. Ok, no problem. But then, after paying and receiving my meal, I asked for strawberry jam.(I absolutely HATE grape jam, ergo why I asked for strawberry jam. It is customary for the Popeyes’ staff to put grape jelly in your bag by default.) The lady went on a search for strawberry jam… she returned about a minute later, with nothing in her hand. She then said to me «We don’t have any strawberry jam.» I tried to mask how appalled I was, because I knew it was not the lady’s fault, per se. However, this whole experience leaves me asking this: Is this like a Popeyes food bank, where I am to take whatever I am given without any consideration as to what I might want(seeing as I am a paying customer)? This needs to be rectified immediately. Until the supplies at this Popeyes become adequate, I will not be returning to it.

I can’t believe this place. My friend and I order 2 meals with strawberry lemonades. Her shrimp were over fried as well as my hard chicken, and the STRAWBERRYLEMONADE was not that at all. It’s lemonade with strawberry soda Thanks for the b…

I give this Popeyes 5 stars because I had a death of a very close family friend that I had to furnish the chicken for an estimated 200 person funeral repast. I needed the chicken before their normal opening time by 30 minutes to 1 hour & they didn’t give me any issues they were so accommodating and made the situation wonderful. I will forever be greatful to those that came in early that morning and the wonderful manager!

No bad for what it is. They always run out of jelly or honey but service is good.
