History

Established in 2008.

SOTO started in June 2008 doing strictly property management in Cape Girardeau and Jackson Missouri. SOTO has since expanded it reach and manages property from St. Louis to Dexter. SOTO also changed it’s business from just property management to working with investors achieve their real estate investment goals.

Meet the Business Owner

David S.

Business Owner

David spent the majority of his career in management in the computer services industry. In 2001 he began investing in real estate to further diversify his holdings. He hired Wunderlich Realty and Property Management to help him and ended up buying the business from Clinton and Doris Wunderlich in 2008. Doris continues to work with David in the business. As he learned more about real estate investing, he realized the value in helping individuals buy property strategically to increase their wealth. Now, SOTO Property Solutions has two divisions: Property Management and Property Investments. David truly enjoys working with investors, owners and tenants each day to help them define success in their own lives.
