After having a horrendous experience at Ward Jeep in Carbondale, IL, a friend recommended going to this dealership because she had a pleasant experience. She was absolutely right. This place is great! Our salesman was Josh and he was very thorough throughout the entire experience. The finance department was honest and straight-forward. It took about 6 weeks to have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock ordered and Josh kept us updated the entire time. They were all very professional and kind. So happy that we went there!

The vehicles are good, but then the dealership doesn’t make them. The salesmen sit around and play on their cell phones or congregate in the corner. The service department has gotten bad. You used to be able to come in and get out within an hour. Now you wait for at least 2 hours and don’t get any updates. The last time my vehicle was serviced it came out with scratches around the work area. No mention of the damage. I had to wait 3 hours to find that my vehicle was not fixed and that it had scratches. I had to call 3 times to remind them of ordering or repairing the part. The part was a connector for a tail light. Nothing that should take hours. This is the second visit for the same issue. When I went to check on the status the young lady working in the service department was joking with me about my vehicle needing to stay overnight so they could fix it in the morning. I expressed my anger to which she replied, «You’re one of those. I guess I shouldn’t joke with you.» No. I guess you shouldn’t. It’s never good to feed into one’s anger especially when you have been part in causing it. Not to mention that is unprofessional and rude. I never see the service manager anymore, it’s clear he must not be around to make sure others are doing their job. With this being the new norm at Morlan, my next vehicle will come from somewhere else.
