History

Established in 2005.

Since 2005 I have had my own business that I wish I could say was kicking it now, but, alas, the economy has dealt its hand as it is doing to all of us. Although I have won International Awards, Regional, and local awards for my photography, I decided to take on a new challenge and expand my business also taking on a new business name to DazSpell Creations. Through this new business my creativity which now has exploded into overdrive has an outlet. I create original designs of Dream Catchers and Spirit Dolls/​Healing Spirit Dolls along with bath bombs, lotions, bar soaps, lip balms, and more.

Business Owner

It all started with my parents, who were taking me on camping trips before I was born, and then camping when I was 6 months old. I guess they instilled a love of nature that I carry with me today and have passed on to my children as well. Then, when I was a Girl Scout, that level of love went deeper with more knowledge into my surroundings. From both my parents and scouting I learned to respect nature and not to take her for granted. Still to this day when I am in nature, is where I feel truly ‘alive’. Yes, I love to hug trees and feel their rhythms, I love to smell wild flowers and sometimes sneeze with delight, and I love to hear birds sing in the wild and see the animals playing.
