This place has gone downhill continually since my initial review until now they are closed for good.

This place used the be great but lately the service and quality has declined DRASTICALLY. My last visit left me with old cold fries. A rare burger that was dry as a bone and 20 $ lighter with nothing to show. Beer selection is good, but WAY to expensive do not expect to pay less than 6 bucks for a decent draft. Edit: I contacted the company on my experience in hopes to improve what used to be a favorite burger joint of mine. And received a response and a promise to replace the order within an hour of making contact!

Good burgers. So far have had good service. Beer prices. Waaaaay too high. Today(10⁄5) service was so-so and food was salty! Beer prices still waaaay too high!

Oh yeah, I did it. 5 stars. This would be a 4 star in my home town but killed the 5 in Cape. Finally! a restaurant with legit food and craft beers. These places have a very special spot in my heart. Food was surprisingly good and fresh. Their sweet potato chips are making my mouth water right now. Burger was cooked to perfection and the wait staff, although short staffed were really helpful and seemed to care. Craft beer selection here was quite nice. Not only did they have stuff from across the US they had a half a dozen local selections I’d never heard of and all of which were quite tasty. So skip going to BDubs one night and hit this place in the same shopping center. When not watching the train make laps around the room you will totally be enjoying the food and beer.

Two strikes & you’re out… Traditionally I visit a place three times before writing the review, but the food here has made it worthy of foregoing the third strike. The one star is earned by the very pleasant staff, it is clear that the management pursued young, friendly & polite people without experience waiting tables. No bad habits to break. On the first visit our waitress even shared that we were the first table she had ever waited on. During a very busy lunch hour, she did fine — but the food my business guest and I had was below average, at best. I had a Tuscan Burger, turkey on a wheat bun with mozzarella, tomato, basil, & balsamic vinaigrette. What should have been a wonderful melding of flavors, was a disappointment of strong basil with only the mozzarella standing out. The turkey patties had no flavor, were tender but very well done. My guest built her own burger, without bun and was disappointed in her meal as well. We didn’t conduct much business as neither of us felt like yelling to compete with the loud atmosphere. Sitting across from each other in a booth, we tired of leaning over the table to hear… On the second visit, the waitress had no idea that all patties are cooked well done. My medium rare burger and my dining partner’s medium well came out the same — when we asked her about it she went back and checked — only to learn that all patties are cooked two minutes per side… So the level of the kitchen staff is equal to McDonald’s, but the meat products aren’t even up to that standard. Had I been told the beef is well done, I would have switched to turkey… We both built our own burger only to discover that the only item on each that had flavor was the onions. Unfortunately for my partner it was not a good flavor(raw onions piled in one spot) and they failed to have all of her ingredients on her order! An interesting mistake as we were charged extra for bacon on the bill, but it never made it on the burger. My grilled onion, Swiss & mushroom burger totally underwhelmed and the only flavor it had was the grilled onions. The burger patties didn’t even remind me of ground beef. While a very clean place, as a newly opened restaurant should be, it was echoey on the second visit. We were one of four tables there at 6:30PM& besides the toy train going overhead we had the feeling of being in an empty warehouse with four sets of conversations at each corner competing with one and another. While a chain restaurant out of MI and one of the few places you can try it, the Legend that we were left with was not a good one & to be listened to, not shared.

Freaking amazing! I had the Train Wreck. Wow. Awesome. You can«build your own» burger, but why would you want to? Leave it to the experts and buy a legendary burger off the menu. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh. The Santa Fe Messy Nachos were great! There’s a variety of menu items to choose from. The restaurant was clean. Prices were reasonable. It was a great experience from start to finish!
