Employees are jerks. How dare you ask to customize a sub, a lady with short hair huffed when I asked for my sub without mustard, then when I asked for tomato on half she said in a very snotty tone that it if I wanted a sub with half tomato that I needed to order 2 half subs So I left with no sub and went to publix whos subs are better and will make it how I ask! Hope that extra few dollars was worth a bad review and pissing a customer off, I will never return! A shame bc food was good!

This review is only on service, since I didn’t even get a chance to taste the food. I stopped by this place based on Unilocal reviews for their philly cheese steak and also ordered a chicken supreme salad. There were 4 people in the restaurant but I assumed a lot of their business was takeout since the kitchen seemed very busy. I waited for 15 min, in the meantime the entire restaurant had cleared out so I was the only person waiting. I asked the waitress how much longer until my food was ready she went and asked the cook who seem flustered and she replied that she didn’t know… The waitress said at least another 15 min. I said if it was going to be 30 min for a sandwich and a salad I wish you would have told me because I wouldn’t have ordered this to go, I didn’t have an hour to waste. This is when I heard the cook say that I was ‘just going to have to wait’… Pretty rude. At this point I asked the cashier to please refund me my money because If my food wasn’t even being prepared yet I wasn’t going to wait for another 15 or more minutes for a sandwich and salad and be treated as if I was being done a favor. The cashier said she didn’t know how to refund a credit card?! She works as a cashier it’s one of the few things she actually needs to know how to do. She mentioned that her son would arrive soon and refund the transaction. I was so frustrated at this point I just left. Still have to check my credit card to see if it was actually refunded. So not worth my time…

Food is great and we order quite frequently but the delivery girl with the tattoo all the way up her leg was rude on the phone and in person when she brought the food. It’s a good thing the food makes up for it! I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent subs. Fresh and warm. The kid working the front and taking orders is a bit rude and slow. Older lady preparing the subs was nice and friendly. Went back a second time around 7 mid week but they were closed because they ran out if bread. ???

Absolutely amazing!!! from the service to the food! The only thing I don’t like are the rocky stools you sit on. You feel like it’ll break at any moment.

Awesome salads with friendly staff! Very reasonable prices but small inside if you want to sit down and eat.

Decent food, but very expensive. Another reviewer actually said«inexpensive,» which is suspicous. Probably the owner said that. $ 9 plus for a plain(no extra meat or anything) half Philly is outragous! Should be $ 5-$ 6 for a 12″(which in Philadelphia, PA is a half size). A whole Philly should be $ 9-$ 10(24″). I’m not saying they are bad. They are medicore. But, at twice the price, its a ripoff. Also, they don’t have any of the classic specialty Phillys. I asked for a Buffalo Chicken Philly and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. Asked about a Cheezwiz Philly cheesesteak and all I got was a blank stare. Umm, yeah, it happened. Listen, if you are going to say you make a good Philly, then be prepared to back it up. I lived in Philly for several years. I know better.

Another visit and another great meal. The food is fresh, cooked well and inexpensive. The exterior could still use some love but it does add a bit to its charm.
