I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and present my professional work and educational history for your review and consideration. I re-​located to the Lee County area 12 years ago after spending twenty-​five years in Southern California. My professional experience as a property manager includes the rental management of 250 units in Naples, Florida, for several US Homes private, gated communities. Previously, I developed my own Property Management & Leasing Company in Marina Del Rey for five years and prior to that I worked in general real estate as a top producer for Coldwell Banker and Prudential Realty companies involved in land development, commercial, residential and industrial real estate for fifteen years.

I currently hold real estate/​broker licenses in the state of Florida. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California with an internship as a sales trainer for Tom Hopkins Seminars. Prior to opening my own co
