History

Established in 1997.

Kevin began selling real estate in 1997 upon the successful sale of his office machine dealership. He had been in sales, with a degree in accounting, since graduating college. After a couple of years working for someone else, he realized the best use of his time would be to work for himself so he opened his office machine dealership in Maine in the early 80s. After a number of years employing other people, he decided he would really like to just work for himself and real estate was something he had an interest in. He started in real estate in Portland, Maine and was Rookie of the Year his first year in. After 12 successful years in Maine real estate, he and his wife moved their family down here to South West Florida, following the Red Sox spring training camp, he landed in Cape Coral. Kevin has been here in Cape Coral for a bit over 1 year now and is going gangbusters, loving all the new people he is meeting and helping. The move was seamless and the whole family loves it here!
