Really nice looking salon. Hard to find a hair stylist that does guys haircuts well, Julie always does a great job. She’s pretty cool to talk to, super friendly. Highly recommend.

Bought a groupon for a haircut with Denise. Made my appointment 10 days in advance. As I pulled into their parking lot 15 minutes early, my cell phone rang. It was Denise, calling to tell me she was sorry, but that she was doing a Brazilian on a lady and had to CANCEL my appointment.
Really? 15 minutes before? No respect or consideration for people’s time.
As I was in the parking lot, I said I would come in. She asked the owner if someone else could take me, «oh no, sorry»
Fortunately, groupon has offered to credit my account with groupon dollars, so all is not lost.
Their flippant attitude in valuing my time is what is most upsetting. If you make appointments and expect a business to value your time, I don’t recommend Hi Lites Hair Salon.

Worst customer service ever. I recently moved here from Arizona and was looking for a salon to have my hair highlighted. I stopped here today because the sign said open and the door was unlocked. The two «stylist» inside asked do you have an appointment? I stated no I was here to make one. Neither smiled or said welcome. The lady on the end (dark black hair) was rude and unwelcoming. They handed me a card and said call for an appointment. I explained I only stopped by to so they could see the length of my hair and give an idea of what I wanted. Not once did I feel this was a 5 star salon. Maybe they need to brush up on their customer service skills. I wouldn’t spend a dime there. This was not my idea of a spa, the place was cluttered and by no means resembled a salon/​spa.

This place is a great place to take your hair! Small, family atmosphere– they are located on Del Prado– toward the south end of Cape Coral– on the East side of the road. Call for an appointment, but walk-​ins are OK, too. Oh, and ask for Denise. She is pretty new, but I’ve known her quite a while and she really knows all about hair.
