Going there I had done my research… checked the reviews and was recommended by a person that takes their vehicle there. The owner was nice… even after I gave him a list of things I needed his mechanics to do… he had a safety inspection done on it and found that there was some rear axle work that needed to be done. He had even lend me a vehicle while they did work on my vehicle. At the end of the day I gave him 2,000 in cash for the work and left. I got 15 miles down the road and my shaft connecting to my rear axle fell off. I found out when the tow truck got there that I could have been extremely injured or killed. If it fell off at a higher speed because if the front came off first it would have launched my truck into the air. He pulled it off so easily he claimed I was lucky and put it in the back of my truck. The next day the owner of the shop had it towed from my house to his shop and he worked on it for 2 hours to fix the mechanics mistake. However, he thought because he fixed it the slate was clean. He ruined my vacation before I went back to work. He could have gotten my boyfriend and I killed because we were going to be on the highway that night but we changed our minds. He would not give me any type of refund… all I asked was half of that repair which was 300 of the money from working on the back axle. He didnt understand why we were upset. He thought his mechanic did nothing wrong it was an honest mistake. He could have gotten me killed because of negligence. For anyone who goes here make sure you use a credit card so you can stop the payment if he fucks up your vehicle.

John the owner takes his anger out on customers. He ruined the interior of our Audi with grease stains. Does not deliver as promised. He was mad because he was 6 days behind on work and took it out on us in a room full of other customers. If you’re 6 days behind sounds like your problem not ours! Not our fault you ruin a circus. «Let me look in the crystal ball and see the future»… John it looks like your future is losing business. No one likes to see their parents be disrespected, John you had no right to speak to customers the way you did. If you like your car to be in worse condition than what it came in and you like to be harassed this is the place for you. And the people under me who have givin reviews are the owner and staff –_–

I have used Country Club Exhaust to repair my cars and trucks for years. John and his staff have always taken excellent care of my vehicles. It nice to have a mechanic that you can trust to do the right thing the first time. I always see he has a lot of customers so he obviously has a lot of repeat business. I also noticed he is on Angie’s List as a preferred vendor. This means a lot to us, especially being senior citizens.

Friendly people, great service and best of all, incredible reasonable pricing. I will never go anywhere else!

Well, I got a coupon in the mail for a free oil change/​filter, lube and to check out my car. Plus tire rotation. Made a appointment, they took my keys on arrival. Had a cuppa coffee and waited.
I had a bit of a show, an irate customer came in claiming bad service. From what I gathered she had been there 8(eight) times for the same issue. Broken hub caps by the mechanics and a brake problem.
From the service rep, It was stated she kept buying the cheapest part for a 11 year old car and the parts kept failing. They kept replacing the parts.
The owner was out on holiday but the lady kept whining. wanting to speak to him or she would sue. LOL.
I spoke to other customers who had use this facility for 3 & 7 years respectively. They both have been satisfied with this place.
My car was return no worse for wear and NO Charge. A nice freebie. No additional problems stated and NO hard sell. A GREAT DEAL.
I was told if I facebooked them they had special popping up all the time.
I am incline to use them in the future. They are nearby and people appear satisfied.
