Don’t use this store for any reason. Service and attitude are the worst. Ordered an IPhone 5s and an IPad Air. They were not in stock so store ordered it to be shipped to me. Two days later I get an email saying the phone shipped but IPad order was cancelled. No explanation. I called Main ATT and they had no idea why it was cancelled but it defiantly was. They said I need to go back to the store where I ordered it to find out what happened. Next day I made second trip to this store where the salesman said he had no idea why it was cancelled. But again said it was definitely cancelled. I said I wanted my tax returned for the sale, they wait it could take 72 hours to credit it. I then decided to buy the IPad at Best Buy. Two days later the ATT Ipad was delivered to my house. I call Main ATT to see if I should ship it back to them, they say«I can’t do that and I have to return it to the point of purchase(the store) The next day I go into the store(visit number 3) and some little toad salesman calls his manager telling him that«I cancelled the order and wanted to return the phone» A lie, since they cancelled it not me. He said he would not take it back and it was my problem. He said I should mail it back if I want. He would not call ATT main number to figure out the problem. I now refuse to leave without them taking responsibility for their screw up not mine. I did get mad because he would not even discuss it. I said I am not taking the hit for a $ 700 ipad that was not supposed to come to means he needs to solve my «fucking problem. I had had enough of the runaround. The little scumbag starts telling me «I am going to call the police because you are cursing. So he did. The police show up and it becomes a huge scene for no reason. I never threatened him but was only angry at his poor attitude and lack of any responsibility for their product. I ended up mailing the phone back and better get credit for it but I would suggest anyone avoid ATT and especially this store. In two past occasions while getting phones, I had to hang around over 3 hours while they tried to transfer a number or activate a phone. Total incompetence. Avoid ATT and this store.
