I have been going to TOC for many years — Yoshi, my pit bull, loves going in for his day at the spa. In fact, I think he loves them more than me. The commitment to their customers pets is above all others.

We recently moved here and brought our Irish Setter to this business for a trim. We picked up our dog at closing on a Friday. We noticed on the way home that our dog was missing her tick and flea collar.
When we stopped by the following monday to pick it up we were told that the groomer that trimmed our dog was not in and that we should stop back at a different time. When we returned on Wednesday to talk to the groomer, she acknowledged seeing the collar laying on her counter and admitted that it may have gotten thrown away.
The groomer told us that she would look for the collar again and give us a call. We never got a return call. So we stopped in AGAIN on Friday and once again were told they could not find it and there was nothing they could do for us. We asked to be called by the owner to see if there is anything we can work out to replace our collar.
Once again no return phone call.
We stopped in one more time thereafter to talk to the owner since we have received no correspondence in regards to this matter. The owner told us that it wasn’t their problem and that she never seen a $ 75.00 flea and tick collar anywhere. The groomer offered to pay for half of the collar but we declined because half a collar is not replacing my collar. I didn’t not pay half price for the grooming job either, I paid full price.
I spent $ 75.00 on my dog being groomed at this establishment and then lost a $ 73.99 tick collar to them which totals up my one time grooming experience to $ 148.99
Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the collar that we had just purchased a month ago, she blew us off. Not the way to do business. I will not be bringing my dog there anymore and I will and cannot recommend this Grooming business.
Poor, poor management. Very Sad. It’s the principle of not doing the right thing that really upset me the most.

Took my puppy to get his nails clipped and his ears cleaned. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service.

They went overboard on my poor cat (shaving his stomach hair when I only wanted a trim) but I suppose I didn’t make myself clear. Also, they trimmed his nails when I never mentioned nails. My cat goes outside; he needs his sharp claws!
Anyway, they gave me a discount for being a new customer and were the cheapest groomers around me that I could find that were willing to take cats.
Serves me right for being cheap, but honestly, not bad as long as you make yourself understood!

Took our Golden retreivers in for shampoo, trim, nails, ears… Picked them up they looked perfect! Did just what we asked them to do. Price was very reasonable. Even walked them while they were there! I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family!
