First time here for my taxes (April). Absolutely amazing people. Helped me out so much and made me feel comfortable. Treat you like family. Definitely be going back next year.

My parents asked me to find them a new tax person and so I showed them how to search Unilocal.We found lane who had 4 great reviews so my parents decided to give him a call to meet sometime; they called on a Sunday night knowing he was closed and left a message. A little after 8AM on Monday, right after opening, Lane called my parents back, which they appreciated a lot, and they set up an appointment.
After meeting with Lane and chatting while going over their taxes for about one to two hours, which felt like 5min my parents reported to me, their taxes were done! They thought they were just chatting mostly, but Lane was also doing their taxes completely, but did so in such a way that he definitely showed he knew his stuff. After being done, Lane also informed them how to change their paycheck deductions to do much better for next year as well.
My parents have found their new tax guy, and once I need to file something other then a 1040EZ, I have also found a new tax guy (and I live no where near the area, but my parents say it’ll be worth it).

I was super late doing my taxes this year, and beyond stressed. Lane was more than willing to work with my very busy schedule, saw me on a Saturday afternoon. Even was able to accomodate my 2 young children! Was more than helpful, was very thorough, and really did everything he could to try and help, and get us as much back as possible. Much more intimate service then with a chain like HR Block, more personable, and I felt he really cared and did everything he could. I will definitely be using him again next year, & I recommend him for all your tax needs! He is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, and his prices were great, beat the competition for sure!
