PK’s Chocolates specializes in customized cake bites and chocolates. All cake bites, fudge, caramel, truffles, toffee, caramel apples and all other delectable treats are made on site, at PK’s Chocolates in Canyon Country, CA.

PK’s creates beautiful wedding favors and special event and party specialties that guests are sure to love and enjoy.

History

Established in 2011.

Pam Dirickson and Kim Larsen started PK’s chocolates after they were both laid off from Corporate Banking after over 20 years of employment. They had already been working on creating the business, mastering their recipes and working hard toward opening a retail store before they were even laid off. After 2 years of hard but fulfilling work, they were able to open their Santa Clarita Store in April 2011. They are self taught and all of their fudge, cake bites and chocolates are made with love in their store daily. They love what they do and even more they love putting smiles on their customer’s faces.

The best!!! I purchased a chocolate dipped marshmallow and low and behold a Caramel was in the center. Not just A caramel but the best caramel I have ever had. I had to buy more. Worth the drive!!! Sinfully delicious. Oh, and Kim is a delight!

I hate to be the odd person out, but these chocolates did NOTHING for me. No silky mouth feel, no tingling in my toes, no creaminess at all. Another thing that turned me right off was the numerous packages of nestle chocolate chips sitting on the counter (along with rolo’s). Ummm, no thanks. I don’t want chocolates that have been dipped in nestle chocolate chips. I’ll take See’s over here any day. Oh and the retail store is closed.

I received PK chocolates (bon bons) as a gift. I took a bite for the first time and was in heaven. The chocolate was delicious. I REally didn’t want to share with my husband, but he found them,…and fell in love too! Absolutely delicious and divine. Beautifully packaged and you can see the talent and professionalism that goes into each creation. Thank you PK Chocolates.

They are closing shop the end of May 2013… so sorry they couldn’t make it in this terrible economy, but they sure gave it a go. I understand they will be taking orders from home… :-(

These ladies offer the most amazing customer service and the cake pops are the best I have ever had. Snickerdoodle is my favorite.

Bought my hubby a dozen and a half chocolate dipped cherries for Valentine’s Day. Pam was friendly and excited about her first request of this type. She dipped them first in milk chocolate and then into white chocolate. She placed the long stemmed beauties into a nice box with a red bow.
I did use a Unilocal coupon, but, I would purchase their items anyway. I appreciate the quality, personal touch, and especially because they are a locally owned small business!
P. S. I just peeked into the box and it is half gone! I know I saw my eldest daughter stuffing one into her mouth. LOL :}

Pk’s Chocolates is the best place to find many different varieties of chocolaty treats for any event you maybe be planning. I have tried their «sugar free’ chocolates and they are amazing. I have recommended PK’s Chocolates to everyone I come across that is looking for fantastic chocolate treats. The owners are always professional, courteous, and always a pleasure when I am in their shop. Stop by and try their chocolates you will not be disappointed.

If you like brownies, you’ll LOVE their cake bites! A really nice gift to buy for someone, as they don’t serve this type of dessert at other sweet shops. I bought a big box and couldn’t stay away. The person helping me was nice and friendly.
I also tried the chocolate squares, I think with Nutella/​hazelnut cream inside. Delicious!

I finally stopped in to try this place out and LOVED it!!! The 2 ownners are so personable and make you feel like instant friends.
I’m not a big cake bite fan, I’ve tried them elsewhere and the texture is just too weird for me. But the owners still wanted me to try thier lemon filling cake bite and it was delicous! The filling made a huge difference.
Loved the brownie bites and pretty much everything else in there! I love carmel but they were out of a few things because it was closing time the day before Mom’s Day. So I am going back!!! I had them put together a box of mixed items for my mother-​n-​law and she loved it!!!

A destination of sweetness, The owners are tireless. their deserts are both beautiful and delicious. Kim and Pam are almost as sweet at the deserts. They are allway their for for their customers and fans. For both business and parties at home or that special someone, P. K’s has tha personal special treat for everyone. Just when you can’t think of anything more to rave about… THEY ALSO HONOR THE 25SCORE CARD. Wow. You can even sneak this great stuff into the movies.

Wonderful Chocolates, great for any occassion !! Thank you for great service and great quality ! These Cake bites are great for Wedding Favors, or as gifts for bridal Showers or babyshowers. Pam and Kim have the ability to custom make them and thats a really great feature! I use the cakebites alot for desserts on the Top Tier when I serve Tea. They are always popular and my guests always have the «wow» effect !

I really wanted to like the Cake Bites. The concept seemed to be fool proof… little condensed pieces of brownie/​cake covered in chocolate, but sadly I was not overly impressed. The only one that was pretty decent was the one with the toffee pieces on top. The rest tasted sort of bland and artificial to me. Having said that the two other things I purchased there (chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels and hazelnut squares) were really good. The hazelnut squares were the stand-​out item with a really indulgent melt-​in-​your mouth quality. Now if they made mint melt-​aways like the hazelnut squares those would be phenomenal. I give the Cake Bites 2 stars and the other chocolates 4 stars so the 3 star rating is an average.

This chocolate shop is so good! They have these cake bite things that are kinda like a cake and kinda like a chocolate, I can’t get enough of them. They have
