Barnes Training and Consulting LLC. (Barnes TC) combines the business of Training Corporate Employees, Management and Marketing Consulting and takes it to a higher level of excellence to the benefit of the client.

Our aim is to partner with you to build an effective organization through our training workshops and consulting services.

Ours is a firm of very experienced, competent and knowledgeable professional with a combined experience of over 45 years who provide Training, Management and Marketing Consulting services to individuals and corporate bodies around the world through seminars, workshops, symposia and other practical educational and consulting avenues.

Our clientele base includes schools, churches, Restaurants, Real Estate and Loan firms, Real Estate developers, Pharmaceutical companies, Health Care companies, and companies in the Construction industry.

The company has been in existence and has evolved since 2001. We are based in Santa Clarita in Southern California.

Manager

Dr. Ken Barnes is one of the few people who could be classified as an Entrepreneur, Consultant, Speaker, Teacher and Author. His practice has attracted profile clients from varied industries in and outside the United States. Some of these companies include churches, pharmaceutical companies, schools and private colleges, real estate firms, clinics and medical practices, construction firms, banks and other financial services entities, auto sales and insurance groups etc.

Ken has served on the boards of directors of the various entities including nonprofit organizations and pharmaceutical companies. His speaking engagements has taken him to United Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States.

Ken has taught Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Real Estate, Sales, Small Business Management and Launching Successful Small Businesses to many industry practitioners and business students. His doctoral degree is in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
