OMG. They butchered my dogs. Owner did ok with two, whoever did Bear and Bonita ruined them with bald spots and all. My Maltese look like feral dogs. Don’t take your dogs here!!!

My poor dog Daisy gets so scared going to the groomers! Chris always comes out and takes her back personally! I appreciate the compassion she has for my dog. I take her in 1 to 2 times a month and Daisy is now 8 years old. In the 8 years I have complained once. That was minor. I would never even think to take my dog somewhere else!

K-​9 Clippery is great for cats too! I brought my scared rescued cat into be bathed for the first time & have her nails clipped. She was taken excellent care of. They really knew how to handle my terrified cat! And when kitty had an «accident» in her carrier, the staff cleaned it and put in one of their towels just in case kitty had an accident on the way home. These folks go the extra mile! And they take coupons too! I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to Chris’s for a few years now, with my 2 rescued pit bulls that I bath myself, I love that I can just walk in (when they are not super busy) and put my dogs in the tub and they supply everything i need to give my babies a bath. They supply the shampoo, brush, towels, and apron so you don’t get wet and they also have force driers so you can dry your dog. They are VERY reasonable on price when you wash your own dog. For the $ 13.00, it is worth every penny, not to chase my dogs around the backyard trying to get them to hold still for bath time or have wet stinky dog towel all over my bathroom floor.
Maggie works the front desk with her dog Annebell and is always quick with a smile and a cookie for my pups. I have seen several dogs, Chris has groomed as they are leaving the shop and they always look wonderful. As an ex groomer, you can’t help but look at other groomers work.

My family has taken our dogs to Chris’ for several years mainly because they are so convienent to Canyon Country. The team there is always friendly; however the grooming quality has gone downhill dramatically over the past year or two.
On our last visit, the groomers ignored my request for a lion cut and my pomeranian’s head was completely buzzed (any professional should know that you don’t buzz a pom’s head!). She looked ridiculous. My other dog was brought out and Chris explained that they had accidentally cut his skin. I understand that every so often a dog jerks and they get scratched by the clippers, but this was a deep gouge that was bleeding profusely. (It was so deep that it was still bleeding a week later and I took him to the vet!). For all of that they offered $ 10 off an $ 80 bill.
Do your pets a favor and take them somewhere else!
