Zaxby’s

They are completely incompetent and rude here.
It’s not like there was a crowd or anything.
Can’t get an order right, forcing me to make a long drive back to get the order exchanged.
Cost me time and fuel. It was a 45 minute round trip to get this taken care of. Yes, I was visibly irritated, yes I was short with the incompetent teen. However, I am NOT one of her employees and she has no business in correcting me. If she actually took the time to manage and correct her unmotivated crew, this would have not happened. She got really helpful when I whipped out the phone and went to the zaxby’s website to complain.
There’s a reason you idgits aren’t making $ 15 an hour. When I pay $ 15 for two salads, the order better be right. PERFECT right. How hard is it to put some pre prepared items in a box and include the requested dressing?
The manager is way too young and inexperienced to control this incapable crew during a relatively light routine dinner hour.

This is the long time «go to spot» in Hickory Flat! And the manager Kevin has been there like 10 years is the world’s most friendliest and helpful person!!! The rest of the staff is always friendly too!

The wait in the drive thru can be long.
They’ve gotten my order totally wrong in the drive thru. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the wrong order until I got home. The drive thru people often times will expect the car driver to contort themselves to get their food because they do not want to reach out.

I love Zaxby’s and I’m a regular here just cause I love the food. But this particular Zaxby’s is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I would much rather go to the Zaxby’s on Cumming Hwy but it economically doesn’t make sense for me to drive out of the way.
There has been NUMEROUS times that I went there and they got my order wrong. Especially when I have a Large order and they give me a regular order. I have also asked for 2 Zax sauces and they give me ranch instead.
Also, there have been multiple times where my order is not even remotely fresh and I only live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I am a regular here cause it is close to my house and on the way for me from work but I must say I am disappointed of how this restaurant is ran. The high school kids in this restaurant are ruining Zaxby’s good name.

The food is always good, but if you order it to-​go I would suggest the drive through. They have one cashier and I stared at my order sitting in his window for literally ten minutes while he took orders for everyone in line. Lucky me, I was first, so I waited the longest.

I am SO UPSET. This is the third time in the past 4 weeks this zaxbys has disappointed me!!! I have never once felt the need to write a bad review anywhere I have been untill now. The wait the first few times was extremely long and this time killed it for me. I ordered boneless sweet and spicy wings and got buffaloed bone in wings. Not a big deal I went in and talked to to girl at the register who was very nice and apologetic and informed the kitchen of their mistake. They remade my wings and got them wrong again, having the bone in. So they re made the again and got them wrong AGAIN with the same sauce at this point I had lost my patience and just took the wrong wings for the 4^th time. Not to mention the boneless wings are cheaper than the bone in wings of which my card was not refunded. I took them home and the fries I got were cold and soggy by this point and the wings for the 4^th time were not what I ordered. So needless to say, my dog had a nice dinner. I will not be returning to this zaxbys. EVER!

I’m a regular here as well. Close to the house and a fav with the kids after games and activities. Always hot and fresh just a little slow through the drive thru. Friendly efficient service. Good quality and good value. Nibblers are addictive!

I am a regular here. the food has always been great. no temperature issues or quality issues. the only slight problem i have encountered is the annoying wait. although it has never passed 3 – 4 minutes to wait for my food, it is FAST food. come on now.

Not a bad Zaxbys. I’ve never had the wing sauce or fry problem like the other review. My foods always hot and the wait is never that bad. The workers are friendly one has even complimented my Jeep a nice touch in my book.
If I’m in the area I’ll be back and I don’t worry that my wings won’t have sauce Lolz.
