Staff is somewhat friendly and okay. Same goes for the hygienist.
The dentist himself has horrible bedside manner and shows he doesn’t really care. On multiple visits he is there for literally 40 seconds! I have timed it.
Williams never smiles or is friendly. He told me he had to fill for a small cavity and he never even showed me the X-​ray, which was a first time I have witnessed a dentist not do that. I have no idea why I even went a 2nd
time. This guy really needs help and has no business running a dental operation.
This guy is on Munson street now by the way.
