Service was okay but the food & drinks were terrible. Sloppily made & drink was horrible. I recommend driving to the Tim Horton’s on Ford near Haggerty instead. They’re always fantastic.

I’m a fan of Tim Hortons, but this Tim Hortons is a disgrace. I usually only order through the drive thru, so I can’t speak for the inside service. When I placed my order today, the lady at the drive thru sounded like she was going through a crisis. Her voice was extremely sad and annoyed.(This is usually the case when I come to this location.) When I got to the window to pay, I received no greeting or smile. My iced capp supreme had caramel topping on the lid of the cup instead of inside, and I had to stop my car and wipe it off before driving, as it would have dropped on my clothes. This location is horrible. The service is atrocious.

The morning weekday service is totally opposite of weekend. Coffee changes, or the worker, or maybe both. but this place is bad on the weekends

The Tim Hortons chain of restaurants is something that I love and respect, but this location is an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons name. Every time I come to this location I am let down, for years I have tried to come back and give the location another chance but I don’t understand what the problem is. The food is either out of stock or cold, and the drinks Are not made correctly. When I order a bagel toasted, they give it to me untoasted, so I order my bagel double toasted and it still comes out barely toasted. The hot chocolate comes out very powdery or very watery and it is very inconsistent. However every other location I go to gets this stuff down fine. The only thing this location can nail is coffee. Plain old coffee. If you are looking for a quick cup of coffee this can be your place, but that’s it.

Sandwich was great. One person working the whole store. Running the register. working the drive thru… and making the orders. He handled it very well, but it annoys me that there were multiple people in line for this poor guy working his butt off… meanwhile another employee sits in the dining area eating and playing on his phone.

I recently revisited this Timmy Ho’s because it now has a ColdStone Creamery as part of the business. I had an excellent unsweetened iced tea in here on more than one occasion. I have sipped more than a couple coffees as I do like my Timmie’s coffee. I think I have had a bagel and maybe some timbits too. No complaints. The last time I was in here they were starting the renovation and I remember being excited about the possibility of a ColdStone with my cup o’ joe. Meh. It’s not real ColdStone, it’s sorta ColdStone. Not as much selection and on my day… ahem…not a particularly cold stone. I got a melty mess in a cup. Not that I did not make ice cream soup in my youth but that was with cheap ass Neopolitan from the grocery store. ColdStone ice cream is not cheap and its mix ins, not melt intos people. I guess it’s true, all fusion is not necessarily a good idea. The upside? They were friendly and hey they still have good coffee. If you want Timmie Ho products definitely swing in. If you want ColdStone? Try again.

I went to Canada once and discovered that Tim Horton’s are exactly what Starbucks is to America… They are everywhere! I love Tim Horton’s because the donuts are fresh, and even in the unlikely event I have a doughnut laying around for a day or two at home, they still are soft and almost just as good as from the purchase date. Unlike Starbucks however, they are affordable and offer a wide selection of soups and sandwiches making this an excellent lunch spot! Since this location is also shared with a Wendy’s, I like to get a frosty and enjoy it with my doughnut.

We decided to pick up hot chocolate here and it was very good. I have been a long time fan of the Hot Chocolate. Always very chocolaty. We also got Tim bits. They are always a Delicious treat. Those donut holes are 100 times better than any other competing brand. I have never tried their Coffee simply because I either have it at home or I would rather support a local coffee shop. The staff is pretty typical drive thru service and if you were to go inside it’s generally clean. They do share with a Wendy’s. The prices are pretty cheap under $ 1.50 for a Medium Hot Chocolate I thought was pretty good.
