Texas Roadhouse

Came here for Moms bday, per her request. We had never been, so decided we’d give it a try. Started with fried pickles, and the combo appetizer platter. Pickles were good, the platter was typical frozen, fried food that I expect from a chain. Ordered a strip steak medium rare with ribs and steak fries. My steak came out medium well, and my fries were cold. Once my steak came out correct, it was very tasty. Overall, not a good meal. Our server was extremely attentive and pleasant, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. With all the dining options in the area, I will definitely be choosing somewhere else.

Nice time out for my fiancé and I, haven’t had a date night for a bit.
I would NOT recommend paying the $.99 extra they ask for mac-​n-​cheese as an upgraded side. Its nothing but the Kraft boxed stuff you can buy an entire box of for $.99 at your local grocery. Steak was good. My green beans were microwaved before being brought out, as they forgot them with my meal. Hot plate is the best sign of microwaved food.

Friday night visit with family. Used call ahead and that worked out good. Food served promptly… appetizers, salads then entrees. Service very good with even the manager visiting table. Prime Rib awesome flavor, get the raw horseradish !!

All American Steak House.
This place is usually pretty busy on Friday and Saturday evening so plan ahead (extremely busy on holidays).
The décor is just average. A sports bar feel mixed with country steak house. An occasional line dance breaks out in the aisles. Overall not bad, just not stand out.
Service was above what I had expected with a full house. Never waited for a drink, apps and entrée came quickly. Server checked on us fairly regularly.
The steak was extremely tender, cooked exactly how I asked (girlfriends was over cooked). Had a amazing taste and all the meat looked fresh (you can see the steaks in the showcase).
If you are looking for a good tasting steak with a beer or drink and no fancy frills at a decent price I would recommend this location.
Recommendations: Rattlesnake Bites and Ribeye Steak.

My shit– bartender has cool jeans and makes good drinks. Food is delish. Peanut shells EVERY WHERE

My fiancé and I had an enjoyable meal here yesterday. Nothing too exciting but it was good.
We got fried pickles and a cactus blossom for our apps and they were both well cooked and crispy. I ordered the new york strip, (medium) loaded mashed potato, and a Caesar salad. My steak was cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes were mediocre, and the salad was disappointing however my waitress did get me a fresh salad once I complained. (who puts one, single, lonely croûton on a salad?! Blasphemy!!)
My fiancé enjoyed his food! He got the strip, (medium rare) loaded sweet potato, and fresh veggies. He didn’t eat the vegetables as they were underseasoned but he enjoyed his steak and was in love with his potato!!!
I gotta say that the waitress was so nice and accomidating! She fixes the problems we had right away and was always there when we needed a new drink!
I will absolutely be back sometime and can’t wait for another, bigger steak!

The food was delicious, our server was super nice. The wait time to be seated was long, they seemed a bit unorganized at first but other than that the service was good.

This is my Favorite place to go for lunch or dinner! Great food, great staff! Always a pleasant experience.

You been to one you been to all… this one isnt better or worse than any other Roadhouse.
It must be policy at this chain to undercook your steak purposely so they can recook instead of over cooking so that you cant recook. This is the only reason i can figure out why my steak is always seared rate i stead of medium rare here. my daughter ordered medium and it came out MR.
Nothing special here, service is better than most at this location

Steak was overcooked and service was lackluster

She just disappeared and someone else was getting my refills and extra napkins really weird
Steak was suppose to be medium and it was way overdone
Steak sauce on table was not good either

My favorite place to eat! So happy when Canton finally got a restaurant a Texas Roadhouse! Horrible parking situation but amazing food!

Their steak is delicious, juicy and not hard to chew.

Went for dinner tonight. Very disappointed. We have been to Texas Roadhouse in New Philadelphia and Athens and both were much higher quality. The service was lousy, salads before drinks. 3 different people seemed to be waiting on us. Louder then a bar would be and this is a restaurant. Steaks fatty. Dinner for 3 was $ 75.00-Will not return.

For a chain restaurant I actually like the food at Texas Roadhouse. It isn’t anything fancy or over the top, but it’s a good meal. When I do get food from here I always do takeout. I absolutely cannot stand the crowds that this restaurant gets. To be clear, it has nothing to do with the serving staff or management at this location. When I pick up my order to go, they are always very friendly and efficient. However, the patrons that have been in here have been extremely rude. What do you expect on a Saturday evening at 6:00? Of course you’re going to wait to be seated and for your food.
The worst thing about this location is the parking. The lot is small, there is no take-​out spots and you have to park in a lot behind the restaurant. It’s a little inconvenient, but it is what it is. If you do decide to dine-​in at this establishment, I recommend going at off-​peak hours.

Busy but plenty of good help. Ordered the sirloin steak with sweet potato. Brought my daughter and granddaughter. Nice family meal. The wait people stop and dance every so often. Peanuts at each table.

Had to park 2 restaurants away. Called ahead for seating, told a 70 – 90 minute wait. Arrived and told another 30 minutes while others walked in. Sat behind a table of off duty employees. 4 – 5 waitresses visited them… even sat with them. Distracting. Poorly managed.
Food was adequate. Stay with alliance location.
Our waitress was awesome!

Overcrowded and loud. The waiter hardly came to our table for refills. Different waitresses brought me my food. The waitress ordered the wrong food so I had to take the reorder home. I will not be coming back. Ever!

If you have been going to the Alliance Texas Roadhouse, i’d say STICK WITH IT! We are huge fans, we went to the Alliance Roadhouse at least once a month if not more. We were excited that one had opened closer and decided to try it last Wednesday night.
First of all, when you walk in the doorway it is so crowded, they have the line to the table where you check in right where people are coming to grab rolls and be seated, so there is mass chaos in the lobby and nowhere to stand especially with kids.
Once seated, our waitress took forever to bring us drinks… after she did bring the drinks and take our order she never brought another thing out, we had two different waitresses bring our appetizer and our entrees. She was not good, instead of coming to our table she would stand behind the booth and stare at us for a second… and then just walk away without asking if we needed anything, she was very awkward and it made our whole meal uncomfortable.
The food as always is the only reason I didn’t give it one star… the food was cooked great, everything tasted nice, but the atmosphere and service was TERRIBLE. We will not be back to this location, we will gladly drive a little more ways to the Alliance location and get better service.

This place is awesome great atmosphere did call ahead seating was well worth it ordered porterhouse best steak I have had in a very long time come and enjoy price wasn’t bad either:) worth every penny

Awesome food. Their sirloin is fantastic. The rattlesnake bites are great with just a little heat from the jalapenos.
