Second Sole

I recently have been in the market for new running shoes and coincidently enough they were from second sole, so I figured it would be a good place to start. I tried on many shoes from a very experienced staff member who not only knew a lot about the shoes, but in fact was a seasoned runner himself. After choosing the best shoe for me (which was the same brand i previously got) I asked him to write the specs on a card for me as I was going to check other places for the best option. I also asked for his name so I could return to him for commission reasons, but they do not make commission anyway. However, I really just was going to see if I could find the same pair cheaper elsewhere — the $ 120 price tag was hard to swallow considering they would probably only last me a year. So, after my due diligence, not only could I not find them cheaper anywhere, but I had a hard time finding them period. I came back bought my shoes with ease.
Great customer service each time I have been here coupled with suburb knowledge gives this place the edge.

I got a pair of sneakers there a year ago, I was very happy with the service and loved my Nike shoes ! I came back to get new pair and wasn’t impressed neither with the selection nor with the service. The girl helping me couldn’t wait to be done with me. It was at the end of their day, still I didn’t feel like buying anything there this time.

Just starting running and I wanted to make sure I got the right pair of shoes so I did a bunch of research and this place came highly recommended in the area. The experience was great and friendly with a helpful and informative staff. I was able to purchase the pair I wanted and try out a lot of others in the process.
