Meet the Business Owner
William F.
Business Owner
Since the start of his career, William Foley has worked in many areas of the food service industry. Growing up in small town, south of Boston, he got his first job as a server at a local Japanese restaurant. It was in college, however, where he spent most of his time in the kitchen, piqued his interest in becoming a professional chef. He then continued his education behind the sushi bar. This is where he learned that not only does food have to please the palate, it also has to please the eye. Focused on presentation and taste, he was awarded the title of Executive Sushi Chef and was given the opportunity to create and execute a menu for 20 top chefs in his area and Japan Airlines (JAL) officials.
Over time, he realized that his passion was the pastry world. He received some culinary training in this field at the same establishment however, most of it came from self motivation and trial and error in his own kitchen.
