No Mold Atlanta

First, the company said they would have the work done from a Thursday to a Saturday. We went out of town and came back Sunday and the house was wrecked.
The smell of Pine Sol was suffocating and the HUGE air ventilator was still in the dining room. All of our clothes, towels, blankets were shoved into garbage bags. Now we were told there was mold on some fabric things so we were aware they would have to bag some of it and then we would need to wash it with borax.
However, they just bagged everything. Two rooms had no mold but they bagged everything anyway. We’re talking at least 125 – 150 hangers of clothes and garments that were nowhere near the mold mixed in with clothes that did have mold on them. They contaminated clean clothes and we have been doing laundry for days and days. We still have at least 10 more bags to do, not to mention all the clothes we have to take to the dry cleaners.
They went through EVERYTHING — all drawers, closets, cabinets. They leave nothing untouched — privacy violated — and they do not put anything back where it was found.
They came back on Monday to «finish the job» but when we got home the huge fan was still there. To top that off we had cleaned and aired out the master bedroom so we would have one clean mold free place. They ended up bagging the laundry we had done the night before and piled the bags on our newly made bed, forcing us to wash everything again.
The worst part was the lack of communication. We didn’t know if it was safe for us to be there, had they addressed the mold on the furniture, when they would be out for good. Use this company at your own risk.

Every aspect of dealing with NoMold Atlanta was 5 STARS! Our basement was full of mold and sheetrock and ceiling had to come out. Items had to be discarded and they took care of the disposal. Courteous and professional service from each employee I encountered. Steven and his crew came in and got the job done right. They were in my home for several days and it did not seem like such an inconvenience because I was informed of what would be taking place every step of the way. Every member of the crew had a good work ethic and was courteous and professional. I am amazed that such good service exists. Thanks for a job well done!

Warning, Warning! These guys are terrible! JD the owner is the worst! I hired them to remediate the mold based on there professional guidance. Choose to do what they recommended entirely. I tore rooms apart to gain better access. I spent 20k on the total renovation at a rental house. As soon as it got warm my new tenant were getting sick. I then paid a guy to test levels they recommended and deemed safe, then the next tenant got sick as well. This put me in 2 more very dangerous situitations. I have emailed, called, etc… no response. They promised a 10 warranty… lies. Dont be fouled by JD’s smooth talking, he does not care! I have now met with 10 other professionals that say I was takin advantage of. Sorry

Nothing but wonderful things to say! I had severe mold in my basement. It had to be completely demolished. The crew came out — (amazing team) — led by Paul Cummings who was very professional and skilled and, took care of everything. They were all awesome! Andrea and Amy, who cleaned everything upstairs were respectful of me, and my possessions, courteous and reassuring. I cannot say enough about the professionalism. What could have been an intrusive and frightening experience was minimally unpleasant thanks to these good people. JD was responsive and knowledgeable regarding the entire process and, Casey in the office, was there to help in responding to concerns. They were recommended by Tony Chapman — also, awesome — who has worked on my home previously and I could not be more pleased.

Terrible! Took on a job they could not complete. Left the house in worse shape than it was before they started work on it. Sloppy job with containment — just looks like they hanged some trash bags from the ceiling attached with tape. Took containment down — moldy dust everywhere causing allergy symptoms. Came in the next day said protocol was not followed, ran away saying they can’t finish the job and took the air filter with them that was supposed to have been running for two days with the containment up as was originally promised. Called the office — they backtracked and said they did everything the way they were supposed to and it’s «my word against theirs». Guess I should have recorded everything on video. Terrible customer service, unsafe practices, irresponsible in taking on jobs they can’t get to the finish line, inconsiderate of the residents and their safety. Pointing their fingers at one another and changing their story to cover up their mistakes. Absolutely do not use these people.

Our home is over 100 years old. We had NoMold Atlant come to look at our basement. They detected mold and were very informative in determining the course of action. Kevin, Lisa and the entire crew were excellent in the work performed. The professionalism and expertise of the entire team was incredible. I highly recommend this company!

Had major air quality issues ft concrete cutting in basement near 2 furnaces.Jd. the owner was very responsive to get me a fair proposal and answered all my detailed questions. Kevin led scwork team of 6 the1st day to just vacuum and wipe down the dust. took 3 more days to thoroughly clean everything including 2 air ducts one with, 20 out let’s. Highly recommend no mold

Last week I had the opportunity to utilize No Mold Atlanta to remediate a mold issue in the basement of my home. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of their entire team and the excellent job they delivered. I can honestly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend this company! I had mold in my basement and got 3 bids for mold remediation. No Mold was the most helpful and knowledgeable of the three. Everybody that was in my house (initially bidding guy/​owner/​workers) was very friendly and respectful of my home. I also had them rebuild the areas that were damaged, and he did an excellent job. For fair pricing, knowledgeable staff and excellent work, I would recommend No Mold Atlanta.
