I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while. We stopped in on a Saturday evening, so most of the menu was off-limits for me since I don’t do caffeine in the pm. They do have a few herbal teas to choose from though. My husband adored his caramel white hot chocolate, and I really enjoyed my slice of toasted olive bread with olive cream cheese. I was surprised to see the place nearly full at what I would think is an off-time for them. They were dimming the lights as we left. The interior is pretty grungy. It feels like someone tried to throw a coffee shop together in their basement or garage with whatever furniture they had lying around. They do have a large table with several office-type chairs where people were working on laptops though, so I bet that’s nice for people who do that sort of thing. There were several interesting sounding specialty drinks that I’d like to try sometime. If I’m in the area and in the market for a warm drink, I’d definitely come back.

Great little coffee shop in North Canton! Prices are on the expensive side but the baristas seem very experienced and the coffee items around the shop marks it(in my book) as a shop interested in serving a premium cup of coffee. A quick look around the brightly lit shop took in a handful of tables(and outlets, for those looking to work or surf the Internet), a small selection of coffee products and beans, some pastries and cookies, some café-branded items, and a small bar for sugar and such. I took a page from a previous reviewer and had a single vanilla lavender latte which was delicious and not too sweet, even to the bottom of the cup. My husband had a triple cappuccino and enjoyed it — he thought it was smooth and very strong. The only thing that lost a star were the prices — we paid about $ 8.50 for both coffees to go. On the other hand, you are getting a cup of coffee that is being handled by legit baristas. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another cup should we be in the area!

I can barely get out of the parking lot for rushing to write my review! I am a coffee-holic and I don’t want this vanilla lavender cappuccino to end. Yes I said lavender — one would never think that it would be fitting for coffee but I cannot describe to you in words how it compliments and enhances the flavor of coffee. The baristas were so helpful and each suggestion they made for me and my friends tasted better than the last!!! I only wish I could box up muggswigz and take them home to Louisville… red cup who???

[Warning: visitor from Central Florida for short trip] THATCOFFEESHOPVIBE — NOTHOUSE = Although it was almost 3pm, there were about 12 other patrons(which fills up the seats here about 75%) just relaxing, working, or hanging out. Indeed – this place has a bit of a ‘chill out’ vibe to it even though it appeared more like a Coffee SHOP(selling and consulting) as opposed to a Coffee HOUSE(feeling like you’re in a living room. But seriously, where else can you do that in this area?) ESPRESSO, HOTANDCHILL = I guess it’s good the barista warned«our Espresso is the real kind… so it’s as small as shots»… Perhaps it’s my background but I expect all regular Espresso to be that size. I guess they get their fair share of clueless customers. My party’s drinks all came out fairly quick and served with smiles. Much of my Macchiato’s flavor was muted by whatever Milk Foam was added but not bad. Meanwhile a regular Espresso shot had a nice, smooth, roasted flavor. A tiny area towards the center delivers additions for you to spice your drink with. MOREABOUTIT = There’s a great selection of gourmet Teas on the counter’s side as well as other Coffee-related goodies such as Chocolate covered Espresso beans.(yum). They also do Pour-Overs– cool!

The espresso bean they use here is great. The best espresso in town. Amazing tea selection, too. Baristas are all friendly. Definitely a place to go.

Cute coffee shop with interesting hot drinks options and seasonal coffee drinks. The staff is friendly and young, yet knowledgeable. A couple of tables and chairs outside make this place a nice spot to enjoy a hot drink on a nice sunny day.

I like the choices, the service(esp Jordan who is very knowledgable & personable) and that they make their own syrups. I agree with others saying it doesn’t have the normal coffee shop feel, the downtown Canton location has much more charm as far as that goes. The prices are pretty high too but I suppose that comes with customization.

Cold and impersonal. No warm inviting, soft chairs. Instead it’s hard wooden seats, plywood tables and fluorescent lights, none of the normal welcoming features of a coffee house. Of the four times I’ve been here they have been out of hazelnut syrup, which is what I want(hazelnut capuchino). I guess it’s an odd flavor to request since they do not seem to want to carry it.

No complaints about the product and service. The coffee was above average, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The interior of the coffee shop lacked charm, however. It’s a shame, because even small changes such as a warmer paint color could really make this place more inviting! I may stop back for a coffee on the go, but I’m not so sure about hanging out in the shop.

Great coffee and tea choices. They have fresh coffee beans available and tastes snacks as well. The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Big you need supplies for home brewing they carry a nice assortment.

Best real coffee shop in the area. If you are looking for Starbucks… go to Starbucks. If you want more authentic coffee options, this is your place. Aeropress w/their Ethiopian… yummy! Some of the best coffee I’ve had.

Is there such a thing as a coffee connoisseur? As I am sure there is I am obviously not one… really not even close. I mean, I know what I like, but I certainly can’t pick flavors and such very well. That being said I liked the coffee here and i really liked the expresso. However, to me, probably because I don’t know my coffee, a coffee shop is largely rated on the social aspect, the customer service, and the overall setting that you are providing. You can get coffee just about anywhere, but coffee shops are a great place to talk to a friend, play cards, read a book, play on your iPad, etc… etc. So this is why I felt this place was a bit average. It is a very nondescript place with very little going on inside. It really doesn’t feel warm and cozy like a coffee shop should. The staff was helpful and I was pleased with what I ordered, but maybe a few small changes would go a long way to make this place feel like a place where I want to hang out regularly.

Awesome! Hands down my favorite coffee house! Not much on the décor of the place. You would think for the area this place is in it would be more upscale… great. knowledgeable staff… Will definitely return.

So exited to try the new location when home for the holidays, and happy to take other out of town family there instead of the Starbucks option. Well, coffee was tasty as expected but new location lacked the charm of the original which left me flat.. I guess, when in Jackson, . But living on the west coast now, was surprised to get my to go coffee in styrofoam. Ohio still doing that?
