I am married to my wife, Lisa, and we have three wonderful boys (Mason — 7yrs., Evan — 5yrs., Tanner — 2yr.) as well our newborn daughter Gianna and our Swiss Mountain Dog, Harper. We are lifetime local residents, active in our community. The desire to own property and leverage my background is the reason why I got into real estate over 14 years ago. I was raised in Milton where my family still resides after 43 years. They have owned a contracting/​renovation business for over four decades and I have accumulated much of my construction/​renovation experience from them — as well as earning my Construction Supervisor and Builders licenses. I lead a highly successful Real Estate Team servicing the Eastern MA market and am the #1 rated broker in MA by my verified former clients on national websites.

Mike helped me buy a condo in Boston a few years ago. As a single and first time home buyer he was very patient and really held my hand through the whole process. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and in my price range. It was about as painless as homebuying can be. He has great connections in the industry; he set me up with a home inspector, a great loan officer, and lawyer at closing.

I don’t know if it was that he was overwhelmed with the number of listings he had or if my listing wasn’t high end enough for him, but it was the Worst experience ever. He couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me. He refused to follow up with interested parties. His marketing strategy is what sold me on him, but he didn’t even bother to follow through on his own strategy. He «accidently» threw out my key in the first week he had it. He had multiple inconsistencies with the listing of my house. In one communication, he was flat out rude to me. Do yourself a favor, find someone else to work with!!!

Mikel is the absolute, no ifs, ands or buts best realtor ever. We worked together over 3 long years, and I was not the easiest to work with. I pulled out of a few deals when we were close to pulling the trigger. Always he was understanding and worked for my best interests, no one else’s. He’s smart, he’s very savvy and he thoroughly enjoys what he’s doing. You’ll see this when you first meet him, and each following meeting will affirm this. Something else important is Mikel knows a whole lot about house construction. He’s a great realtor and home inspector all in one. If Mikel wasn’t my realtor, I think I’d still be looking. I’m happy and if you are lucky enough to have him as your realtor, I know you will be too.

Mike is AWESOME! We worked with Mike for most of 2013, from when we started looking (May) to the day we moved in to our new home (December). Mike was with us every step of the way and he was very patient with us. He was careful to make sure we did not rush into anything too soon, and was mindful of our specific needs/​requests when recommending homes. Mike was honest and respectful and tells you the truth even if it is something you’d rather not hear. Mike related to us well even though we were probably a pain in the butt to him a few times. :) we also were never afraid to ask him any question at all and he was also available all the time. He almost always immediately responded to our emails/​calls texts. I’m really glad we happened to find him early on. Would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for an agent.

Mike did a phenomenal job helping us with the recent sale of our home. He was clearly engaged through the whole process and provided assistance and feedback from start to finish. His attention to detail and responsiveness is unparalleled and he made a very stressful time in our lives go through seamlessly. He was very patient while we had to take our time for a lengthy closing time period. I would highly recommend Mike to all my friends and family and will be sure to use him again if we relocate to the Massachusetts area at a later time.

My wife and I are so thankful to have gotten referred to Mikel DeFrancesco when we were looking to buy a home. He really makes it his priority to be there for you and get you into the home you want. As first time home buyers, we were very new to this process and didn’t know too much. Mike was honest, very professional and made himself completely available to us via email, text and/​or phone. Even when he was on vacation with his family, he answered our emails and called us on the phone to give his advice on a home we were looking at. We really lucked out having him on our side!

Mike helped us a great deal in finding the condominium we were looking for in Quincy. He was friendly and understanding, and went out of his way on a couple of occasions to let us into the building on short notice. He gave us a personal recommendation in a big building that helped us narrow down the units we looked at to find the perfect apartment for us. Without Mike’s help I’m sure we would still be looking. You can’t go wrong with him.
