If there was lower than one star, I would give it. This guy gives a good sales pitch, but after they have your money they don’t deliver on their promises… apparently he’ll say anything to get you to buy because he has no intention of following through.
Furthermore, when contacted by phone for help, they are just plain nasty. Even if they do not plan on making good on their promises, they could at least be polite. I know of at least one chair lift manufacturer that doesn’t even do business with them anymore. Avoid them like the plague.
