We specialize in jewelry design and have in-​house bench jewelers to create custom designed jewelry. Designers include Hearts on Fire, Gottlieb and Sons, Tissot Swiss Time Pieces, Edward Mirell, Lashbrook Designs, Asch Grossbardt and Mastoloni Pearls.

Established in 1997.

Just like the products and services we provide, I surround myself with a team that shares the same passion and commitment to their profession as I do to Julz/​HOS. I started my career in downtown Canton in 1976, eleven years later purchasing the House of Stones in New Philadelphia and spent the next 20 years building on a tradition that dates back over 100 years. It’s great to be back in downtown Canton and be a part of the tremendous revitalization.

Julz offers everything you would want from a world class jewelry store. Our diamonds are the finest crafted diamonds in the world, hand selected in Antwerp Belgium. In addition to a unique collection of gemstones and fine jewelry, our designs have won national awards. We have a full service shop on-​site with full time jewelers, utilizing the latest advanced technology capable of anything from cleaning your jewelry, restoring your precious family heirlooms, or creating unique one of a kind pieces of jewelry.

As a member of the American Gem Society, you are working with knowledgeable and credentialed experts in gems and jewelry who adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards, a recognition only 5% of the jewelers, designers and appraisers nationwide have achieved. We have two certified gemologist appraisers, the highest level of professional recognition. I have served as Past President of the Ohio Jewelers Asociation which represents over 650 jewelers in Ohio. I have also been one of 16 Board Members of Jewelers of America, our national organization representing 10,000 jewelers. In the December 2007 issue of InStore Magazine, Julz was selected as America’s Coolest Store and America’s Most Unique Jewelers. In 2010, Julz earned one of five Businesses Excellece Awards of Greater Canton. In their Summer 2007 Fashion Issue, Harper’s Bazaar listed our sister store, Rodriguez’s House of Stones, among the best jewelry and watch retailers in America.
