Horrible service by the agent. After more than a decade of paying premiums without a claim, he told us that his office couldn’t help us with basic questions on a very small claim. I mean BASIC questions on coverage. He gave us the 800 number and said to call there instead. When we called the 800 number, the call center representative said, «I can help, but your agent should be answering these questions for you.» Call this agent only if you like lining someone’s pockets with no expectation of service after the sale!
